For any questions about our products, your shipment or something else, please contact our customer service desk by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our customer service department will reply as soon as possible.
All items are checked upon quality before they are shipped out. However if you do find a failure or faulty item within your order upon receipt, please contact customer service within 7 days. Please clearly state the item in question and what’s wrong with the item. Please support your claim with any photo evidence if possible. If it appears that you have received a faulty item, we will replace it immediately or provide a full refund of your purchase. You will need to send the faulty item back to us, and in return we will send you a new item (if item in stock). You will be refunded the shipping costs for returning the faulty item. You will receive the return shipping address once you contacted customer service about your return enquiry.

Masif Saturdays does not guarantee nor promise any exchanges free of charge if the customer service desk is contacted about your item failure after more than 7 days from delivery of your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ARTICLE?
Please always check whether the article you receive is the one you ordered. If you should have accidentally received a different article, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To help us find out how you received the wrong article, it is important that you indicate the reason for the return when contacting customer service
SIZING CLOTHING ITEMS
Please make sure to carefully check the size charts if you order a t-shirt, tank top, jacket, or other clothing item. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size item, you need to contact the help desk within 7 days upon receipt of your order. You can return your item to us, however the additional shipping costs are for your own account. Exchanges are subject to availability. No free exchanges can be made after more than 7 days from delivery of your order.
By purchasing your favourite Masif Saturdays item, you have agreed to all the items specifications as listed in the product description on the website. No free exchanges are made if you are not happy with the products specifications.
If you want to return an article without stating a reason within the 7-day period, we may decide not to process your future orders. When in doubt, please contact customer service.
Manufacturer's warranties apply to all articles in our assortment. The standard warranty on all items is 30 days. However the lifespan of our items is much longer than that. Please read the washing instructions on the clothing labels carefully to ensure longitivtiy of your Masif Saturdays clothing item. If your item is showing failures within 30 days after you received your order, please contact customer service. We will handle all matters seriously and if your warranty claim is grounded, we will replace the item free of charge after the original received item is returned to us. Exchanges are subject to availability. No warranty claims can be made after more than 30 days from delivery of your order.
